We are currently ship within Singapore and/or Malaysia only. If you require express or worldwide shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hey@oopen.house.

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of confirmation.

We utilize various trusted carriers such as vPost, SingPost or equivalent, depending on the size and destination of your order. Transit times will vary based on the selected carrier and the final destination.

All orders are accompanied by a consignment tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Should you not receive your order within 7 days of purchase, kindly send us an email so we can promptly investigate the matter.

Please be aware that extra-large, heavy, and bulky individual items marked with an asterisk (*) will incur a separate shipping cost. Upon receiving your order, we will email you a shipping quote, and your order will be processed once the shipping cost is confirmed and paid in full. Feel free to email us before your purchase for a shipping quote to your specific postcode.

Orders that accumulate into extra-large, bulky, and heavier shipments may necessitate additional shipping charges. Following the receipt of your order, we will contact you via email with a shipping quote, and your order will be processed once the shipping cost is confirmed.

If you need to modify any details pertaining to your order after it has been placed, such as a change of delivery address or adding another item, please get in touch with us. We can accommodate changes as long as your order has not yet been dispatched.

Shipping returns are generally at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

Return Policy

While we sincerely hope you are delighted with your order, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you happen to receive goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Any damaged items should be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order, accompanied by proof of purchase.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we may offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. If the size or style isn't the perfect fit for you, you are welcome to exchange it for the correct size or an alternative within 14 days of the purchase receipt. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, with all tags and labels still attached.

For a successful return, it must first be approved before an exchange is processed. Prior to shipping your items back to us, please send an email to hey@oopen.house, providing a written reason and photos of goods for the return and including proof of purchase.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

It's important to be aware that the cost of returning the item(s) to us is the responsibility of the customer, and we do not reimburse shipping or custom duties. We recommend that you keep track of your parcel to ensure its safe return to us, as we cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during the return process.

If, by any chance, you receive a different item from what you originally purchased, please reach out to us, and we will arrange a re-delivery.
